What began as a simple acquaintance at Met Gala, the relationship turned out to be something else for both Nick and Priyanka. They started casual dating initially and later spotted on different occasions as a couple. The PDAs and social media confirmed that they were seeing each other and in a bonding.

The official announcement

Nick and Priyanka left their fans astonished when they announced their official engagement. They engaged in the traditional Hindu ceremony in the presence of family and close relatives in Mumbai. Nick’s parents flew down for the ceremony. According to sources, PC wanted everything, including the wedding to be according to the Indian tradition.

The pre-wedding celebrations

Well, with the wedding dating nearing, it was time for both the celebrities to enjoy their last of the few days as bachelors. They left no stone unturned. New York turned the destination for Priyanka Chopra’s bridal shower. Kelly Ripa, Lupita Nyong’o, and others were among the list of the attendees. She even took to Instagram to share all the pictures. Surrounded by friends and family members, she was having the best of the time in her life. While Priyanka was having her bachelorette party with her best buddies, Nick was having his time with the boys on a cruise boat.

The destination

Though not much information is available currently about the wedding venue, according to sources, Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is the destination. Currently, Priyanka is working on her movie, “The Sky is Pink” until the wedding date nears. In the meantime, Priyanka is hosting mehendi and sangeet ceremonies on November 29th along with a cocktail party on November 30th. There is the haldi ceremony on December 1st. The Muhurat to tie the knot is on 2nd December, which follows the Hindu tradition, and the couple will also honour the Christian tradition on 3rd December.

The apparel collection

The details about the wardrobe collection are yet to come out. If the reports that we have are true, Priyanka Chopra will wear a traditional wedding outfit designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla and Ralph Lauren outfit for the Christian ceremony. While red is the colour for Priyanka, ivory is for Nick. Both the couple choose Ralph Lauren for them and the bridesmaid clothing, as they were first seen in together in a public appearance wearing the brand’s clothing.

The well-known stars are wedding in style and starting their new journey with fond memories, which includes the ambience, food, and even the setting. One will be seeing both of them wearing similar outfits! They hired Ganesh Hegde for the sangeet ceremony while Nick will perform a few medleys of Bollywood, especially of PC such as Desi Girl and other chartbusters.
